How about organising a group to travel on one of our trains? You may have a special anniversary in the near future or you may wish to plan a surprise party for a friend or relative. Or you may be part of an association which organises special days out.

Whatever the reason, a day spent with the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway is always a great experience and if you can make up a party of 10 or more fare paying passengers, you will get a 10% discount off your total cost. If the numbers exceed 20, this discount increases to 15% giving you even greater savings all round. If you have a coach driver, or your numbers are large enough for you to have a professional courier, they will both travel free. In addition, wherever possible your seats will be reserved for you once your booking has been made.

As part of your day's visit to the railway, we can also provide refreshments either at the Flag and Whistle tea rooms situated at Toddington Station, or if you prefer, on the train itself whilst you are looking at the countryside pass by.

To make a group booking, we ask you to complete a  booking form ideally at least 3 weeks in advance of your proposed visit which can be obtained from any of our stations or sent to you by post.
