Please Note: Due to the landslip at Gotherington, Cheltenham Race Course station is temporarily closed. Passengers from Cheltenham should follow the signposted route to Toddington.

This area of the site will help you find the main GWR stations. These are located at Toddington (the main operating base and current northern terminus), Winchcombe and Cheltenham Race Course station (please note that there is ample parking at both Toddington and Cheltenham stations).

The GWR is based in the area known as the Cotswolds, and is not far from the town of Cheltenham and city of Gloucester. It is approximately 45 miles from Birmingham, 50 miles from Bristol, and 15 miles from the picturesque town of Stow-on-the-Wold.
